The theatre play leads the participant. The participant mediate to the pupils knowledge, which can be decisive for a future occupation identification and a later practise of the profession.

As communication artist and entertainer I have experience for many years on the international stage. I work as explaining artists, actors, magician, clown and Imitator of Charlie Chaplin. I enjoyed my theatre training with the famous Russian theatre teacher and producer „Waleri Wasiliov “from Moscow. By my training and mean wealth of experience am I in the layer an out and a further training for young people and pupils to be offered.

 

 

 

Theatre plays and role performances are very helpful for preparation on application discussions and when planning of a vocational perspective. In the theatre roles the participants are to train physical action, presence and appropriate behavior.
 

The development can be affected by the theatre play or other representing art forms by young people and pupils positively. The mechanism of key authority is an important start condition for the development of the personality, for codesigning social processes and for a vocational perspective.

Application discussions can be pratise playful in role performances. In a following discussion impulses can be given over the abilities of the participant. The participant must work out during a common process with the young people and pupils, which he can learn in this course or project. 1. Step:  practice analysis
Before I work out systematically, which tasks the participants in the projects to master to have and which key authority to be acquired there be able.

2. Step:  Observation
With beginning of the project the participant and the pupils observe, how these tasks can be converted. The participant trains here his self perception.

3. Step:   Dialogue
In discussions the participant and the pupils exchange their observations. It concerns to find which strengths out the pupils with itself to discover. This dialogue can take place separately or in the group on a playful way. Is important that the participant and the pupil on an eye level talk with one another, in order to make possible self reflection process.

For the receipt of the authority proof must have participated the young people, job seeker or young adult actively in an offer of the cultural youth formation (to be recommended at least 40 hr.) and in the process of the proof procedure.
